Three things that are not common elsewhere
The Reasoning Rail
Every lesson at Kasturi Tech uses a side-by-side structure: the working code or method on one track, the logical reasoning behind each decision on another. Learners can pause at any point and ask why — and get an answer that addresses the logic, not just the syntax.
Named, known learners
Cohorts stay below twelve learners so that instructors know each person's background, their project work, and the questions they have asked before. Feedback that addresses your specific choices is only possible when the instructor actually knows your work.
A plan when the course ends
Completion is not the end. Each learner finishes with a written set of next steps — resources, projects, and directions chosen for their specific level and interests. The aim is that you leave knowing what to do on Monday, not just that you have completed a course.
